One of the most common things iPhone users want is video calling. According to Information Week Apple is planning to add video calling to the feature list for the iPhone. The plans for video calling came from the vague and nebulous patent Apple was issued covering multi-touch and gesture control.

Information Week believes that Apple is planning to make the iPhone a video conferencing call device. I’m not sure that is a feature I would ever use, but it’s nice to see Apple looking to add features to the iPhone.
